MAP Technical Support is available Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm GMT.
Providing effective support to our customers is a priority at MAP. Whether it is a simple reminder on how to do something, or advice on using a new program feature, our experienced customer support team will respond quickly and efficiently.
- All original software purchases include a 12-month support contract providing unlimited access to our customer support services via telephone, fax, email or the Internet.
- In addition to the support services it also enables users to receive updates, of the same program version, for the duration of the contract. Updates by CD or email are freely available on request, or can be easily downloaded from this Website.
- After the initial 12-month period users have the option of extending the software maintenance contract on a yearly basis.
- Contact your original supplier or MAP direct to find out if you are in contract.
