Trace Estimating Introduction

ESTmep+ is MAP's powerful estimating system for the creation and management of bids/tenders for MEP contracts. At the heart of the software is an extensive database of ductwork, pipe work and electrical components representing the product ranges of industry standard suppliers to the construction industry. This is the same database that drives CADmep+.
The flexibility of the program enables the system to calculate prices for an infinite range of products including material costs, workshop fabrication time and site installation time.
For manufactured ductwork items the software offers unrivalled levels of accuracy and detail. Duct patterns used are the same ones found in CAMduct: Our manufacturing solution that is the 1st choice of 1000’s of HVAC contractors Worldwide. Additionally the ductwork “takeoff” is specification driven (DW144, SMACNA, Etc.) to meet manufacturing standards.
Purchased items are handled by a flexible price list system with applied discount structures.
Estimate entry is accurate, flexible and fast, with a variety of entry methods available; Keyboard & Mouse, Digitiser or Direct CAD drawing takeoff. 

Summary screens allow for the manipulation of item rates, overheads & profit margins.  Surveying/Variation Tracking is included to record all future modifications and amendments made to a contract.
